Giving You the Best Experience

I love all of my clients and I want to make sure everyone feels at home. That’s why I’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through my door has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and time again. Take a quick read. If you have any questions, get in touch.

SAFETY😷: 

Once you arrive temperatures are checked at the door. A mask is required. If you do not have one, one will be provided. 

RELAX 💆‍♀️ / FEEL REFRESHED🥤:

Last but importantly..... coffee, soda, juice and water along with snacks and candy are available so you can be able to relax and enjoy yourself. It’s free!! 

If you have children please let me know so I can prepare before you arrive. Yes, you can bring your child/children if they are well behaved. (Mask is required for them as well).

SCHEDULE 📆 :

Monday, Friday 

8:45am-3:30pm

Wednesday and Sunday - Off Days

Tuesday’s and Thursdays 8:45am- until.

For Saturday’s and Wednesday’s before 4:00pm it’s an additional $75.00 servicing fee due to it being an off day. 

There will be an additional $25.00, not including your services, for same day/squeeze-in’s.

I am available Tuesday and Thursday evenings with no after-hours charge for select styles only. If you need an evening appointment outside of what is designated for those styles, or on any other day of the week, prices will vary. Please contact me prior to booking an evening appointment.

TARDINESS ⏰:

I have a grace period of 15 minutes. After 15 minutes I will give you a choice to cancel your appointment and I will offer you another time OR you’ll pay $25 extra. Same fee applies if you cancel the day of your appointment. You will be charge $25 BUT your deposit will still be applied. (Please contact me if your traveling 2 hours or more). Please understand when you’re running late I’m running late on my other clients after you. I get it. I do hair and have my own hair done. Yes time runs over, but when it’s more than 30 minutes it affects everyone. Please be on time! This means I need you to be sitting in the chair at the time of your appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
